Our Leasing Agents/Property Managers are all designated PRM”s – Professional Residential Manager. The PRM designation is awarded to candidates that complete a 28 hour course through The Florida Association of Residential Managers. They are also members of The National Association of Property Managers (NARPM), The Northeast Florida Association of Property Managers (NEFARPM) and The Florida Association of Property Managers (FARPM).

Maryse “Mo” Hotchkiss is International Golf Realty’s President and Broker. Mo grew up in Fairfax County, Northern Virginia and graduated from the University of Richmond with a double major. As a tennis professional, out of college, Mo honed her skills in customer service and operations by starting out as a tennis pro and working her way up to General Manager in Club Operations for a Real Estate Developer in both Virginia and Florida. She has managed 3 different Country Clubs, including starting one from the ground up into one of the most successful clubs in North East Florida. As her interest started to grow in creating her own company, she was fortunate enough to start a rental and golf package business that has grown exponentially in the last 5 years. She has a passion for excellence and customer service. She is married and lives in Jacksonville Beach and the mother of two adult children.

Shelby Heinemann is one of International Golf Realty’s Realtors and Leasing Coordinators. Shelby was born and raised in Wisconsin. After relocating to Florida in 2004 with her family, Shelby achieved her Real Estate License from The Florida Real Estate Institute. She then joined Prudential Network Realty and completed their extensive training program. After two years of general sales, Shelby joined International Golf Realty. Since working for our company, Shelby has grown the long term rental business dramatically. Shelby has built on her real estate experience and brings value to both sides of a real estate transaction. The World Golf Village is not only her area of focus but where she lives with her husband Jeff and their three beautiful children. Living in the area provides her with an opportunity to support local business partners and organizations such as Wards Creek Elementary PTO. Building relationships with a focus on the client is her never ending goal and has delivered a baseline for mutual success.

Originally from Richmond, Virginia Crickett resides in Ponte Vedra with her husband. Their three grown children live in Richmond, Baltimore and Los Angeles. After attending the Art Institute of Pittsburgh for Interior Design, Crickett continued her education at Marshall University to earn her Bachelor of Arts degree. While at Marshall she played competitive college tennis and later became a member of a nationally rated USTA league.
Crickett has spent the majority of her career in residential/corporate design, as well as residential real estate. Her latest sales position transferred her to Jacksonville where she became the Florida and Georgia Sales Manager for a design division of a national company. Present and previous memberships included ASID (American Society of Interior Design), IIDA (International Interior Design Association, Board Member), NEFAR (Northeast Florida Association of Realtors), FARPM (Florida Association Residential Property Managers).
An advocate of the American Cancer Society, she has chaired teams for “The Race for a Cure” and also donates her time to Hartfelt Ministries. In her spare time you will find her either hitting a golf ball at Sawgrass Country Club or walking the beach with her two favorite friends, Molly and Macy.

Ruth Patterson joined International Golf Realty as Property Management
Coordinator and Business Development . Ruth grew up in Alabama where she
received a Masters Degree at Auburn University. She moved to Jacksonville in
1979 so she considers herself to be very knowledgeable of the area. She is
also the parent of two adult children who both attended and graduated from
St. Johns County public schools.
Ruth received her real estate license from the Florida Real Estate Institute
and has experience in both residential and commercial areas of real estate.
Ruth¹s goal is to satisfy both the property owner and the tenant by paying
attention to details and follow-up.

Marilyn Golden

Marilyn Golden became a Realtor immediately following her move to Florida in 2002, and received her Broker Associate status in 2004. Marilyn grew up in California where she attended college, has six siblings, and resides near the beach with her husband, Michael, and two teen aged boys. Marilyn and Michael are active leaders at Journey Church, and was instrumental in the church start in 2007.
Having founded and successfully operated a contracting company in California for seven years, Marilyn brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in all areas of construction, including, plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning. Her recent Certified Distressed Property Expert Designation further allows her to help distressed home-owners sell their properties, and avoid foreclosure.
Marilyn’s background in contracting, her experience in Property Management, leasing and sales makes her extremely valuable asset to International Golf Realty. |
