King & Bear, named for its co-designers, World Golf Hall of Fame members Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus, is the first-and-only course design collaboration between two of golf's most respected and well-known ambassadors. Palmer and Nicklaus set out to create the 7,279-yard course as an eminently playable and picturesque course with memorable par-5's amid lakes, loblolly pines and 200-year-old live oaks. The King & Bear is also rated among Golf for Women's Top 50 Courses for Women.

Since its opening in 1999, the Golf Club at South Hampton is yet another Mark McCumber masterpiece in the Northeast Florida area. With 16 large lakes, over 60 contoured bunkers, towering pine and oak trees, this par 72 will be a challenge for any skill level. McCumber’s intent when designing the Golf Club at South Hampton was to present every golfer the appropriate risk, offering encouragement to the novice while still challenging the experienced player. South Hampton offers different skill levels, a variety of six large tee boxes giving everyone the opportunity to enjoy their round of golf. The yardage ranges from 6,935 yards for the low handicappers, all the way down to 2,862 from the family tees. Every golfer will need to watch out for the 17th hole which is a monster par five stretching 571 yards.
